What began at the Queen's Square market has grown into one of New Brunswick's most beloved patisseries. Sweetums Artisan Patisserie is the realization of a lifelong dream for owner and decorated pastry chef, Elizabeth Case.
Rooted in European techniques and driven by an obsession with quality, every pastry at Sweetums is crafted in small batches — because great things shouldn't be rushed. From flaky, laminated croissants to elaborate celebration cakes, each creation is made to bring joy to the people who try it.
